My Review

Just as rules are for fools, but are guidelines for intelligent people to break, diets are guidelines that help keep you on tract. All one really needs to do is practice portion control, eliminate bad carbs and sugars, limit red meat and eat more fruits and vegetables and increase fiber and water intake. Don't forget to exercise.

If you pay for a weight loss program, it helps you to follow it because of you invested a large amount of money. I think Weight Watchers is better by far because it teaches you to eat real food. But, they too have their processed food you can buy, but that's only for real lazy people who haven't really committed to weight loss, just spending money on bad food and perpetuating BAD HEALTH in the long run. Wake up people? Don't you get it yet?
