Find the Hidden Sugar in Your Diet

Sugar adds calories and no nutritional value to food. Using a teaspoon of sugar on top of your cereal isn't so bad because you can control the amount. Look for the hidden sugar that you can't control by reading nutrient fact labels and the ingredients list.
