Monounsaturated Fats

Definition: Fats commonly found in olive oil, nuts and avocados. Monounsaturated fats are liquid at room temperature, but become a little more solid when refrigerated. Replacing saturated fats with monounsaturated fats in your diet will help to lower LDL cholesterol.
