The Best Tool for Nutritional Information

The USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference is one of the best and most comprehensive tools I have found for evaluating the nutritional value of the foods you eat. Here are my instructions for how to use this tool.

Download the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference software for free from the USDA. There are programs for use on Windows and for use on PDAs. You can also download the User's Guide for Windows or the User's Guide for Your PDA. Simply download and install the National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference software by following the instructions on your computer download and installation wizards.
