Calculate Your Calories and Understand Your Nutrition

The results page allows you to track your calories and other goals for the week. There is also a notes section to write down how you feel about your results for the current week and if you need to improve your diet or maintain your diet for the next week. The comprehensive results page has room for all the macronutrients that you have been measuring all week. If you are filling out your food diary to check out your normal diet, you will now have enough information to help you decide what changes you need to make in your diet. If you have decided on some dietary changes, continue to use your food diary pages to monitor your dietary changes and health progress.

You can copy or reprint all the pages you need for your food diary and you can keep track of your diet and nutrition as long as you like. Keep track of everything you eat until your health goals are met. Once you have achieved these goals, you can continue to track your foods with your food diary as long as you like or you can put it aside and come back to it two or three times per year for a self-diagnostic check-up to make sure you are in still in control of your diet.
