Toast with this festive, fruit-infused libation with all the fizz of a standard champagne cocktail but fewer calories. Bonus? The generous splash of cranberry juice gives it a heart-healthy plus.

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz cranberry juice (we like 100% juice varieties, such as Apple & Eve Naturally Cranberry)
  • 1 750 ml bottle dry champagne or sparkling white wine
  • 20 whole cranberries (for garnish)
Preparation:
  1. Pour 2.5 ounces juice into each of 4 champagne flutes.
  2. Top off with 6 ounces champagne.
  3. Garnish with 5 cranberries in each flute.
