Calculate Your Body Mass Index

Your body mass index (BMI) can indicate if you're underweight, overweight, obese, or if you're at a healthy weight.

Please answer the following questions. You'll need to know your height and weight.

Your BMI will help you get a clearer picture of how your weight might be affecting your health. But it isn't perfect. If you're muscular, your BMI might be artificially inflated, and if you're elderly, it might be lower than you'd expect.

Speak to your health care provider if you have any questions about your weight and any health conditions you might have.
