I love my sparkpeople.com app for food tracking, as well as my sparkpeople recipe app. I use tracking daily and the recipe app about once a week. They are free and available for both android and iphone.
My favorite is My fitness pal. You can log all excersises and meals, it tells you your calorie deficate. It also has a scan option to scan bar codes on your food and add it to your daily food journal. Love it!
