Breakfast for Every Meal!
- Being a cheap teenager, I have discovered that several breakfast foods make delicious, fast, healthy meals. Eggs are great, and they can be mixed with ham tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables in an omelet or just mixed into scrambled eggs. Another personal favorite is homemade oatmeal. Big containers of plain oats can be bought for much less than instant oatmeal packets, and you can add whatever you want! Raisins, chunks of peaches, apples, and berries are all great. All you need to do is put the oats and whatever else you want in a pot with water. People also usually like to add sugar/brown sugar/cinnamon to it as well with a little salt. Heat it all up, and you're good to go!

Hamburger Gravy
- I buy lean hamburger and brown it, remove excess fat. A couple tablespoons flour (brown rice flour at my house) and milk or broth to make a gravy (Worcestershire sauce and dried mustard, pepper, etc.). Throw in some frozen vegetables and serve over steamed rice.

Rotisserie chicken
- When I'm in a hurry, I'll buy a cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and a vegetable I know my kids will eat, like sweet corn or green beans that cook quickly. I carve the chicken while the vegetables are on the stove - fast, healthy and easy!

Whip up a stir-fry
- I love to make stir-fry. I get lean, boneless chicken breasts and veggies and serve it with a side of rice. It's ready in less than 20 minutes!
