You can use your grill to cook healthy foods all summer long (and longer if you don't mind a little cold weather). Maybe you like to grill fish, chicken or shrimp -- all of which are low in fat and calories. Or perhaps your favorite food for the grill is a vegetable, like eggplant, thick tomato slices or ears of corn.

Tell us your favorite food for healthy grilling and feel free to share any tips to make it easy and delicious. Share Your Favorites

Shrimp

I like to place large shrimp on skewers and grill them. You can brush on a little terriyaki sauce for extra flavor.

Corn!

I can't get enough of grilled corn on the cob! Healthy and yummy. The best part of summer!
