We've changed the way we think on several health topics in the 2000s. As a population, we've learned more about some nutritional topics, had to worry about infections, and we've had to make tough decisions on our healthcare.

But what about on a personal level? How have your thoughts or opinions on health topics changed over the past ten years -- what are you thinking about today that wasn't on your mind in 1999?

Eating Clean

I am much more aware of the food I am eating and where it came from. Am I eating a food or a product? I have transitioned over to organic fruits and veggies and RrBST - free milk, also. Free range also makes a difference when I am buying beef and poultry.

Health is a Daily Consideration

Shereen - you have raised a dozen points about ways in which our health has become a daily consideration in ways it wasn't just a decade ago. So many of us simply took our health, our food supply, our drug supply and perhaps even our exercise habits for granted then. Today you can't log on to a website or pick up a newspaper or watch a TV show without some aspect of health, its positive or negative outcomes, or its payment system being a front-and-center topic.
