eating veggies

Some people have digestive issues that are aggravated by eating so much cellulose, so we have to limit our consumption of produce. The raw diet is not right for everyone. Some people can thrive on a vegetarian or vegan diet, but some cannot. Commercially processed foods are never a good option.

Raw Food Diet

I periodically do exclusively raw food diets to reduce weight and increase health. It's important to begin your day raw and continuing eating raw as much as possible through out the day, and then begin fresh each and every day thereafter so that you are getting as much fresh and raw food in your diet as possible. Doing this for any lenght of time will alter the way you receive/perceive other food which has been cooked. Fresh foods contain so much water and natural juice that cooked and processed foods seem dry and lifeless.
