Why I decided to lose weight
I decided to loose weight due to a number of reasons. Firstly, I wanted to lose because all the time I felt heavy, with low energy, and unattractive.
Secondly, the reason was that I wanted to wear clothes that were very tight/skimpy such as skinny jeans.
Lastly, I realised that I needed to lose weight because of my own health because I was afraid one day when I went to the clinic, that over-weight or obesse people are at high risk to be inflicted with diseases such as heart attack (and other cadio-vascular diseases), high blood pressure and sugar diabetes and strongly emphasized that those diseases are deadly if not
How I lost the weight.
I decided to go to the gym 5 times a week, change my diet completely, drink lots of water (from 4-5 glasses of water per day). I did a lot of stomach exercises and I walked a lot in places that were close instead of taking a taxi. Moreover I believed that I can make it, even though my body took time to show results. I read a lot of nutrition-based books, magazines, articles or anything on health and that encouraged and further educated me about health.
Tips and Tricks
- Drink lots of water
- Replace sweets with fruits for snack time
- Believe in yourselve that you can make it
- Exercise regularly (even if you cannot go to the gym)
