I have tried several vitamin supplements and nutrition products that have promised to improve energy levels and I have usually been disappointed. Not this time. FRS Healthy Energy is a great product for increasing energy levels quickly without any harmful ingredients. It was originally designed for elite athletes. FRS Healthy Energy health drink is available in several flavors (both regular and low calorie) and as flavored chews, so you can take FRS Healthy Energy wherever you go.

Perfect Combination of Two Great Antioxidants

The FRS stands for Free Radical Scavenger because this sports drink is formulated with quercetin and green tea extracts, both of which are high in antioxidants.

Quercetin is naturally found in foods like apples, cranberries, and red onions. It is a natural antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent and antihistamine.

Green Tea contains powerful antioxidants called catechins. Catechins have been studied extensively and are much stronger than vitamin C.

Additional B Complex Vitamins Help Improve Vitality

B complex vitamins are essential for energy production, sugar metabolism, protein metabolism, production of blood cells and many other functions. B complex vitamins are found in various foods in our diet, such as whole grains, dark vegetables, and meats. FRS Healthy Energy has the B complex vitamins added to makes sure you get enough of these essential vitamins every day.

Vitamins C and E Add Even More Antioxidant Activity

Both vitamins C and E are well known antioxidants that along with the catechins and quercetin in FRS Healthy Energy, help to fight free radicals. While free radical production is a normal by-product of metabolism, we are also exposed free radicals from pollution, junk foods, smoke, and pesticides.

Vitamin C is usually found in citrus fruits, strawberries, and vegetables and other fruits. Your body doesn't make or store vitamin C, so you need to replace it frequently.

Vitamin E is found in grains and oils. It is a fat-soluble vitamin typically found in nuts, seeds and oils.

Extra Energy Boost With Taurine

Taurine is an amino acid that is essential for health. When taurine is deficient you may have an increased risk of heart disease or retinal problems. It is found throughout the muscles and brain and can also function as a detoxifier. The presence of taurine in FRS Healthy Energy will help to support normal muscle function and could possibly aid the body in detoxifying harmful substances.

Who Will Benefit from FRS Healthy Energy?

What struck me the most about this product was how quickly I felt my energy levels soar. Within a few days, my mental focus and mood improved immensely. The combination of catechins and quercetin seems to enhance the therapeutic value of each substance compared to taking each product separately.

FRS Healthy Energy may be very helpful for patients with chronic fatigue symptoms. It may also boost energy levels for people suffering from other chronic disorders, and has been shown to improve athletic performance in elite athletes. I suspect that FRS Healthy Energy may be helpful for people suffering with mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders as well. I am very impressed with this product, and I give it my top rating of five stars.

I started using FRS energy fruit chews a week ago. I only take one piece in the morning and one mid-day. I have noticed an increased energy level and happier mood. I also feel more focused when I'm at work. I would recommend this to others!
