Keep a Food Diary

Not sure if you have a healthful diet or not? Keep track of everything thing you eat for one week. Make sure to list portion sizes and times of day that you eat. Look at your diary to see if you are getting a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every day, avoiding junk food, and if you are eating enough protein.
