Easy and Healthy Breakfast Tip

Here is example of a healthy and easy to prepare breakfast:

  • One hard boiled egg
  • One small slice of cheese
  • One slice of 100% whole grain toast
  • One-fourth cup of blueberries
This breakfast is easy to prepare if you have some hard boiled eggs ready to go in your refrigerator. This breakfast tastes great and offers vitamins, minerals, protein, antioxidants, and healthy carbohydrates, including fiber.
