Pack a healthy lunch for school or work.

Pack a Healthy Lunch

Whether you pack your own lunch, or if you pack school lunches for kids, remember to pack healthy lunches. Start with a sandwich with protein like lean meats, or a peanut butter sandwich, on whole grain bread. Add a piece of fresh fruit and a small bag of nuts like walnuts or almonds. Send water, 100% fruit juice or milk as a beverage.
