Use Olive Oil in a Healthy Diet

Olive oil is well known as healthy oil and is great for cooking because it has a high smoking point. Make a healthy appetizer by mixing olive oil with your favorite seasonings like chopped fresh basil, garlic, oregano, peppers, and a little Parmesan cheese. Slice a loaf of crusty fresh baked whole grain bread and serve on a beautiful bread board with dipping bowl.
