Oats have been shown to reduce cholesterol levels. A nice breakfast could include oatmeal (buy direct) served with blueberries or strawberries, walnuts, or pecans, and a splash of non-fat milk or soy milk. Serve with a slice of whole grain toast and a glass of orange juice for a delicious healthy breakfast.
