Tips for Kids Who Hate Vegetables

Many kids hate vegetables. Some research shows that many kids may be highly sensitive to bitter tastes, so change the taste of the vegetables. If your child loves mac and cheese (buy direct), add some good nutrition by adding cooked peas, broccoli or carrots. Give your kids crunchy carrot sticks instead of chips to scoop their favorite dips.
