Stir-fry Your Vegetables

The short cooking time will maintain the nutritional value of the vegetables better than boiling. Add a small amount of oil at a fairly high heat to a wok (buy direct) and cook the vegetables until they are crisp-tender. A splash of soy sauce, oyster sauce, or one of several cooking sauces will add some zest. Turn this dish into a meal by adding chunks of tofu or cooked chicken.
