Make Healthy Fruit Smoothies

Cut a banana into one-inch chunks and freeze them in an easy to open container. Place five or six chunks of frozen banana into blender with some strawberries, blueberries, some low fat milk or rice milk and a few ice cubes. Blend the mixture until smooth. For the best texture, purchase a blender (buy direct) strong enough to completely chop the ice and banana chunks or you will have lumpy smoothies.
