Reduce Caffeine

Drinking your morning cup of coffee is fine, but if you are drinking several cups per day and feeling the caffeine-jitters, then you might want to decrease your caffeine intake.

It can be pretty uncomfortable to quit all at once, so decrease the amount of caffeine slowly by blending regular coffee with decaf to help wean yourself off the caffeine. Watch out for other caffeinated beverages like energy drinks and colas.
