An Apple a Day...

Apples contain phyotchemicals, vitamins, and potassium and they are low in calories. There are several varieties of apples -- some are very sweet and some are more tart. Some apples are crisp and some have softer flesh. Apples make a great snack with a handful of nuts, or try slicing an apple and serving it with peanut butter or almond butter.
