Instead of a greasy hamburger on a white bun, try choosing lower fat ground turkey and use whole grain rolls instead. Add lots of tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, onion, and maybe some low fat cheese. Instead of french fries on the side, serve your healthier burger with a salad.
