Fish contains protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Try serving tuna or salmon for lunch or dinner. A tuna salad sandwich made with a light mayonnaise, tomatoes, lettuce and whole grain bread is an excellent lunch. Grilled salmon served with asparagus spears and a salad would be great for dinner.
