Make healthy fruit smoothies as healthy replacements for ice cream treats. First freeze some bananas and keep them in your freezer. Take one frozen banana, cut it into chunks and put it into a blender with some strawberries, blueberries, some low fat milk, soy milk, or rice milk and a few ice cubes. Blend the mixture until smooth.
