Make A Salad

Salads are generally pretty healthy already, but the same old mix of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, and carrots can get boring. Try adding sliced fruit, berries, and nuts to your salad to add some sweetness, crunch, and even more great nutrition. Add a citrus vinaigrette or a raspberry vinaigrette for a great summertime salad.
