Getting Enough Vitamin C

Humans don't make or store vitamin C so it needs to be replenished frequently. Vitamin C is important for your immune system and for strong connective tissue, healthy gums and sturdy teeth. Vitamin C is found in many fruits and vegetables like citrus, berries, peppers and potatoes.
