Eat Healthy Foods at Parties

Does your nutrition suffer because you go to a lot of parties? It doesn't have to -- you can have fun and eat healthy, too. If you are at a buffet, choose mostly fruits and vegetables and stay away from fried foods and sweets. It may help to eat a small salad or piece of fruit before you go to a party so you are not so hungry when you get there.
