Eat a Healthy Breakfast

Skip the sugary breakfast cereals and chose a healthy breakfast instead. Here is an easy breakfast example:
  • one hard boiled egg
  • one small slice of cheese
  • one slice of 100 percent whole grain toast
  • one-quarter cup of blueberries
This breakfast is easy to prepare and tastes great. It offers vitamins, minerals, protein, antioxidants and carbohydrates - including fiber.
