Eat Oatmeal

A nice breakfast could include oatmeal served with blueberries or strawberries, walnuts, or pecans, and a splash of low fat milk or soy-milk. Serve with a slice of whole grain toast and a glass of orange juice for a delicious healthy breakfast.
