Fruit Smoothies

Make healthy fruit smoothies with one frozen banana, cut into chunks and put the chunks into a blender with some strawberries, blueberries, some low fat milk or rice milk and a few ice cubes. Blend the mixture until smooth. Make it extra healthy by adding protein powder, a teaspoon of flax oil or powdered vitamins.
