Healthy Recipes

Choose healthy recipes when you cook. Recipes that include fresh vegetables, fruits and lean meats, fish, and poultry are all usually good. Avoid recipes that call for large amounts of fats and sugar. Avoid frying and deep fat frying, which are not healthy.
