Eating nuts is a tasty way to get protein and healthy polyunsaturated fats. Nuts make a great mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack. Eat an apple and a handful of walnuts, pecans, or almonds to tide you over until your next meal. Much better for you than a candy bar or a bottle of soda.
