Stir-fry Your Vegetables

The short cooking time will maintain the nutritional value of the vegetables. Add a small amount of oil to a wok (Buy Direct) and use a fairly high heat. Cook the vegetables until they are crisp-tender. A splash of soy sauce, oyster sauce, or one of several cooking sauces will add some zest to your dish. Turn this into a meal by adding chunks of tofu or cooked chicken.
