Flax Seeds for Healthy Fats

Flax seeds contain oils, fibers, and lignans that can improve your health now, and perhaps prevent diseases like some cancers. Buy whole seeds and grind a teaspoon of flax seeds in a coffee grinder every day. Add them to salads, soups, or in healthy baked goods like muffins.
