Choose Lean Meats

Red meats are a great source of protein, vitamin B12, and minerals. Unfortunately, red meats also contain saturated fats that aren't good for us. Be sure to choose lean cuts of red meats and trim all visible fat. You don't need to eat red meat every day, so be sure to also include poultry, fish, and vegetarian dishes in your weekly meal plans.
