Step Three - The Food Nutrient Report

The Food Nutrient Report comes up as a separate window and contains all the nutritional information for the food you are researching. The top field allows you to select a measure for the food item. The default information is measured in grams of the food item, but you can change to any of the serving sizes available in the Select a Measure field.

Once you have your measure selected you can type in the exact size in the Modify the Amount field. You can use decimal points to adjust for partial or multiple servings.
