weekend bingeUh oh. Think about this. Friday afternoon comes to a close. That means an end to the work week and another after-work happy hour signals the beginning of a weekend feeding frenzy. The calories and junk foods add up pretty quickly adding pounds to your body but nut much good nutrition.
