Ingredients:
- 6 baking potatoes
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 2/3 cup nonfat sour cream
- I tsp salt
- I tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp freshly minced chives
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake potatoes until soft, about 1 hour, and remove from oven.
- Scoop out potato flesh and mash it.
- Add milk, sour cream, salt, garlic, and black pepper to taste. Mix well; top with chives.
