It's 5:30 p.m. and you are staring at that same old piece of skinless chicken and those same vegetables you seem to eat all the time. You are doing a great job in selecting healthy foods, but how to keep them from becoming boring?

One answer is to zing them up with some healthy dressings and marinades. There are several brands and types of dressings available at grocery stores and cooking shops. Here is my favorite:

This dressing is great for adding flavor to your healthy meals. Use it on salads or as a dipping sauce. Its Oriental flavor makes it perfect for stir-fry. One serving adds only 60 calories from healthy ingredients like orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, red chile and ginger. Try this: Cook up pieces of skinless chicken, and your favorite vegetables. Toss them with some of the dressing and serve with a small portion of brown rice. Now you have a healthy meal that your family will love.
