Ingredients:
- 1 bosc pear
- 1 1-inch cube feta cheese, crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash, halve, and core pear. Spray each half with cooking spray; place on baking sheet, skin-side down. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Allow to cool slightly, and then sprinkle with feta.
