Portion sizes can get out of control quickly, so here is a photo gallery that will help you see what size portion of a food will contain 300 calories. Some of these foods are healthy and some of these foods are not so good for you. Each photo was taken on the same size plate, a typical dinner plate with a diameter of eleven inches.
