There are several great books that will help you understand nutrition and teach you how to find healthier foods. Some books focus on diet and which foods you should eat. Some books help you to design your own vitamin supplement strategy based on your own health concerns.[p] Here are some books that I really like and recommend highly.

Franceen Friefeld authored this great book along with her mother, Claire Friefeld. It is clearly written with great ideas to help you choose healthy foods. One of the highlights of this book are the many photos of meals that show exactly what size portions we should be eating. There are also checklists and food diary pages that can be copied and used to help to achieve a healthy diet.

This is a great book by an expert on healthy living, Steve Aldana, PhD. What I like most about this book is that everything Aldana writes is backed up by research. It is well written, and a pleasure to read. Aldana not only tells you how to live healthier, he also teaches you why need to make these changes.

This book by Larrian Gillespie is written for women about the men they love and how to help them improve their diets.
