Book Review: The F-Factor Diet Tanya Zuckerbrot
Everyone who has been on a weight loss diet knows how difficult it can be. Tanya Zuckerbrot knows that too. Tanya is a (dietitian/nutritionist with 10 years of clinical experience. She has the knowledge and experience to help you get rid of that extra fat forever. Interested? You can learn everything you need to know from her book, "The F-Factor Diet."

What Does the F Stand For?

The F stands for fiber. Fiber is the indigestible material found in plants. It's important for a healthy digestive system and will help keep you regular. Tanya told me more than one billion dollars are spent each year on laxatives. Why so much? Because people don't get enough fiber in their diets. Fiber also helps you feel full longer without adding calories, so it helps you lose weight and maintain that weight loss. In her book, "The F-Factor Diet," Tanya Zuckerbrot teaches you how to use fiber as the cornerstone of a healthy diet that will keep you slim and healthy.

What Makes This Diet So Effective?

Tanya knows the big reason "The F-Factor Diet" is so effective is because this diet focuses on what foods you are adding into your diet rather than what foods you are cutting out. Fad diets typically rely on denying certain nutrients such as carbohydrates or fats and that usually that denial results in feelings of deprivation and ultimately people go back to eating the foods their diet tells them they should not have. "The F-Factor Diet" is not another fad diet; it's really a healthy life-long eating program.

What Makes This Diet Easy to Follow?

Tanya's experience with real patients has helped her to design a diet that is easy to follow for a lifetime. On this diet, the foods you add to your diet will keep you feeling full. Also, the foods you eat are real foods with no fancy ingredients. You can buy everything you need at any grocery store or easily choose meals at your favorite restaurants. The meals you eat will be more satisfying so that you will have an easy time avoiding high calorie snacks and junk food between meals.

Why Buy the Book?

Tanya Zuckerbrot
As you read "The F Factor Diet," Tanya will teach you about eating and why it's important to follow a healthy diet. She also includes all the tools and information you need to track your daily fiber intake. Having this book in your personal library is a lot like having your own personal dietitian to guide you on your healthy new diet.

Healthy way to weight loss- highly recommended, Member jennyaquaro

The F-Factor diet is a simple solution to weight loss AND healthy eating. Previous diets I've tried prevented me for eating the foods I wanted and I eventually began overeating and giving up on the diet. Many diets focus on eliminating important nutrients that are vital to the body but the F-Factor does the opposite, it increases the amount of fiber in the diet, while at the same time helping you to lose weight and making you feel full. Fiber is an important part of the diet that is most often eaten in inadequate amounts. The F-Factor diet book, which I bought off of Amazon, explains in detail the amount of fiber needed in the diet and the different steps involved in losing weight. I have been on the diet for 1 months and have already lost 10 pounds without changing my exercise routine (I have no time in my schedule!). Not only have I lost weight but I also feel more energized throughout the day and my digestion system has been regulated ever since. I would highly recommend this diet to anyone who wants a healthy, simple diet in order to lose weight without having to drastically change your lifestyle (you can also drink alcohol!).
