Question: Do vegetable bouillon cubes contain any vitamins?

Answer: Vegetable bouillon cubes, powder or paste apparently don't contain too many vitamins. They are low in calories and you can use vegetable bouillon to add flavor to soups and other dishes, but don't depend on bouillon to add any real nutritional value to your diet.

Bouillon also makes a delicious low calorie hot beverage. Be aware that bouillon does tend to be high in sodium, so check the label on the brand of bouillon you choose.
