Question: When is the best time of day to pick berries?

When one picks strawberries, is there a time of day when the nutritional value is higher. Example, blueberries are higher value in am with dew on them, does this apply to strawberries too?

Answer: According to PickYourOwn.org, the best time of the day to pick all types of berries is in the morning because the berries will be cooler and less likely to spoil before you get them home. This is important because berries are so delicate.
