Question: Is there a flavored powder that can be added to water?

I'm trying to drink more water but it is really hard for me to do it and I heard there is flavored powder that you can put in the water and they are sugar free so it is easier to drink it. Does your body take that like plain water or is it not healthy using them? I know nothing is better than plain water but it is really hard to drink the eight glasses every day.

Answer: Crystal Light makes small packets of called Crystal Light On the Go (buy direct) that are sweetened with aspartame so they have no calories. You simply pour the powder into a bottle of water, shake it and enjoy. Some people claim to be sensitive to aspartame; however if you have used aspartame in the past with no problems, then Crystal Light On the Go should help you drink more water. You can also try adding just a slice of lemon or lime for extra flavor and no sweetener at all.
