Your body mass index is a good indicator of healthy or unhealthy weight. A low BMI means you are underweight, while a high BMI means you are overweight or obese and that means higher risks of poor health.
A BMI of 25 or above increases your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, some cancers and other chronic disorders.
